Product Manager / Owner
Join Propeller in our mission to revolutionize B2B sales processes through our innovative Sales Portal. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging AI and reducing administrative burdens.
As a Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of our Sales Portal aimed at multiplying sales effectiveness by 10 X. Your vision will directly contribute to transforming the way sales teams operate, allowing them to focus more on selling and less on administration.
The Sales Portal is part of the Propeller Headless Commerce platform, and innovative Saas platform focused on B2B. Our partners, such as agencies and system integrators, use our platform to create end-to-end solutions for our customers including integrations with ERP systems and optimized front-end experiences in combination with CMS solutions.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and refine the product strategy that aligns with our vision to assist sales teams in becoming more efficient and increasing sales volumes.
Drive Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept through to launch, ensuring that the product meets market needs and exceeds competitor offerings.
Collaboration: Work closely with the development teams based in Skopje and Amsterdam, facilitating a seamless integration of ideas and ensuring consistent progress towards goals.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.
Market Insight: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge against traditional ERP systems and manual processes like Excel.
Key Requirements
Experience in product management, preferably within B2B sales or similar fields.
Understanding of AI applications in business processes and their potential to transform sales operations.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
