We're building the AI Sales Room for B2B - a new category of software that brings buyers and sellers together in one intelligent, real-time environment. Our platform combines autonomous AI agents that handle key sales and customer success workflows with powerful business rule guardrails and human-in-the-loop oversight.
As our first marketing hire, you’ll be the “first man on the ground,” responsible for laying the foundation of our marketing efforts and driving our growth from the very start.
You’ll help establish our brand presence and grow our community, focusing on both brand awareness and lead generation. This role will require you to wear many hats, from creating and executing marketing campaigns to measuring performance and optimizing strategies. We want someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of marketing initiatives that directly influence our success. Your potential for growth within Propeller is limitless.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our company’s mission to revolutionize B2B sales processes.
Lead Generation: Build and execute lead generation strategies through digital marketing, content creation, SEO, paid campaigns, and more.
Brand Development: Establish and grow the Propeller brand, ensuring a consistent voice and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
Collaborate with Sales & Product Teams: Work closely with our sales and product teams to create compelling messaging and materials that support sales and product initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies based on insights and results.
Manage Campaigns: Oversee and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, measuring results and adjusting strategies as needed.
What you bring to the table
Experience: Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly within SaaS or tech industries. You understand the B2B sales cycle and can craft marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and build lasting relationships.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where you can contribute to building something from the ground up.
Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
Creative & Analytical: You bring both creative ideas and a data-driven approach to marketing, balancing the art of storytelling with the science of tracking and optimizing performance.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English. You know how to create messaging that resonates with a business audience and generates action.
Self-Starter: You’re a proactive go-getter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with little supervision.
